We at Silver Springs Farm have one of the few maple groves that have never been cut. Many of our trees span centuries, and a few of our giant maples have been in production since the early 1800's.
Still today, we collect all our sap buckets by hand and slowly cook the syrup over a wood fire until it has reached its perfect equilibrium.
Then, we grade it and bottle it in imported Italian fine glass bottles. More precious than gold, all made by hand, all natural, from our home to yours.
