La Grand Seve is an annual competition hosted by La Commanderie de l’Érable. The competition draws the region’s top maple syrup producers as they submit their master work to a panel of distinguished tasting judges. The Society d’Alchool de Quebec (SAQ) overseas the judging and winner selection. Coulée Walter regularly achieves top honors at this prestigious event.
